1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further steps.

3. Refunds on Cancellation

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
